Experience: Out of package Great color setting, no arguments makes it easy for me to do graphic and coloring without destroying the color setting on the monitor. The dimensions is impressive for the price too and at 1920x1080.
Conclusion: affordable, quality, minimal setup, use both display and hdmi. Great entre level monitor that extend to experience users. Best monitor I've used thus far.
However, I can confirm this monitor has HDMI 2.0, which supports 120hz at 1080p. For a 24" monitor, that resolution looks perfectly fine to me. What's great is the monitor settings have a built in FPS counter you can toggle, so I can 100% confirm I was getting 120 fps out of Spider-Man 2, once I enabled 120hz mode in the PS5 settings. Keep in mind you have to boot up the game and have the 120hz mode toggled in the game as well, and THEN your PS5 will switch to 120hz. It'll stay in 60hz mode otherwise. Also not every PS5 game supports 120hz mode, there are webpages online that list which games do.
HDR also functions well for PS5 on this monitor, I don't think I can go back now after seeing how deep the colours on everything looks. However HDR did make things look quite washed out for my PC connected via DisplayPort. Maybe I haven't tinkered with it enough on my PC, but SDR looked better and more vivid for some reason. But can also confirm I was able to get 144hz on the DisplayPort.
Also other things to note:
1x DisplayPort input
1x HDMI 2.0 input
1x 3.5mm aux output
Power cable is quite short, maybe 5 feet? The plug portion is also quite bulky, so make sure you've got an extension cable or your monitor is close to an outlet that has free space around it.
*I was so use to having that low Hz refresh rate that having 165Hz refresh rate on Vanilla Skyrim is fantastic, I barely notice the dragging blurs that would usually occur on my flatscreen TV. Colors stand out much more vibrantly.
*Most games I tend to stick with the 60-100Hz refresh rates in order to save some CPU power output.
*There is no audio output speakers, so I keep a bluetooth speaker plugged directly in to my PC at all times.
*My mini PC isn't powerful enough to test out 4K resolution for this monitor, so I can't test that out unless I get my gaming PC back in functioning condition.

The LG 27GQ50F-B has slim bezels that maximize screen area for multi-monitor setups. The matte black finish gives it a professional look and the stand offers support. The build quality is solid, as LG is known for making tough gaming peripherals.
Display and Performance.
Resolution and Color Accuracy:
The 27-inch Full HD display delivers clear images for gaming and multimedia enjoyment. The colors are vibrant and accurate thanks to LG's advanced panel technology for gaming.
