Just got it and right now it's working fantastique. The quality is great the colors are amazing, the sound is clear. Right now I just love it. We'll worth the money. I highly recommend. It came early, great packaging, and if you look at the photo I took of the TV, I wanted to show how beautiful the colors are and clear it is. So far so good. Highly Highly recommend again.

I am really surprised by the bad reviews on this tv. This is a really good tv , given the features , the picture quality, sound quality and the price. Have been using it for 3 weeks now n no complaints whatsoever. Maybe I will come back in 1 year to see if there are any glaring issues with this tv

there was NO help to un-package the TV and assist with installation. Place it on a table. To my
disappointment when the power was turned on there was a six inch black vertical bar running
down the center of the screen. Eligible for Return, Refund or Replacement within 30 days of receipt
This item can be returned in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. This is Not true. Customer is responsible to re-package and return defective items. They offered me a gift card, ridiculous. What do I do? Will be following up with Marketplace and BBB. Absolutely disgusted with Amazon's lack of service and false return/exchange policy. It is a lie!!!
