I enjoy these speakers. Easy to use solo. Great for listening to music, connects every time to my phone, never had it not pair automatically. Easy for phone calls as well and voice command to make phones calls. Not as advertised when you use with another rider in terms of range. A couple of hundred feet and you lose the other rider. Not easy to pair, when you have more than one rider either. It took us 30 minutes to be able to pair 3 units.

The connecting cords for the headset are very delicate. I've had two in a row now stop working because of damage to the cords. I never touch them. It's like the wind from riding alone causes them to break.

Battery will last you all week which is a definite plus.

I like it. However just one problem.
I have now fitted it to my other helmet which is modular. Meaning the jaw piece can lift and close.
I found the wire mic is just a little tall. Meaning it runs on my lips.
Also could do with a little extra wire length for headphones. The modular part lifts and therefore needs a little extra wire length so it doesn't jam in the locking mechanism.

this was the absolute worst sound quality I've heard from a headset since the old dollar store headphones from the late 90s/early 2000s. There is no bass to speak of, it is extremely tinny and only the left ear works. I purchased this to replace my original set due to a broken USB-C connector, The original sounded perfectly fine, these are a different shape and much worse quality
