 This is a cool, little LEGO set for all F1 fans, emphasis on the LITTLE.

As with almost all LEGO sets, the construction process was engaging and fun, featuring clear instructions.

This set comes with an abundance of decals, which add an extra layer of realism to the model and truly bring it to life. A little taxing to put them all on but fun nonetheless.

However, despite these positives, I found the model to be way too small. While I understand that the Speed Champions line is designed to be compact, this particular set feels undersized, especially considering the detail and effort put into the design. It would have been more satisfying if the car were larger, allowing for more detailed construction and a more substantial display piece. You can see in the video I posted with this review the size comparison with the LEGO Technic Mercedes-AMG F1 W14. I wish the McLaren was the same size as the Merc.

It was a fun and detailed LEGO build, but its small size is a notable drawback for me.

I find the key to it is patience and using a Lego separator to keep your greasy fingers off on the sticky side.
