While the product functions as a car cam, it deviates from its described features. When I placed the order, my specific requirement was a camera with parking mode monitoring. This item fit my budget, and its features seemed to align with my needs. It was advertised to include motion detection on both the front and back cameras, as well as a time-lapse mode. However, neither of these features is accurate.Moreover, in parking mode, the camera can only perform one of two functions: (1) record when it detects a shock or (2) record when motion is detected. In simpler terms, you must choose after you park, whether you want to record incidents of other cars hitting yours or when someone is suspiciously wandering around your car. Assuming it can do both simultaneously is misleading. Additionally, the camera cannot automatically enter motion detection parking mode; the driver must navigate through the menu and press buttons for the camera to activate parking mode. This is impractical in real-life situations, as a driver shouldn't have to go through this process before exiting the car.As for the camera quality, it's satisfactory for the front camera but less impressive yet acceptable for the rear and cabin cameras. The battery life falls far short of the claimed 15 minutes; the internal battery depletes after the camera wakes up in parking mode to record just four clips. I suspect it won't last even one clip as the camera battery ages.Customer services is responsive. However, their help is minimal as they just repeat what the manual or the item description says. They do not seem to understand my questions at all.

I purchased this camera without great expectations. The installation was very simple, and took me more time just to accommodate the cable from the rear camera. Each camera records a separate file, including the fully audio recorded inside the cabin. The videos are clear, I set up to cut every 2 min, so the files are not too big and we can have hours of recording available in the memory card.
The only negative point is that the inside camera does not switch to night mode due to the minimum light from the street and other cars. Therefore, the recording on the inside, at night, is not that clear. I'm still trying to find way to solve it, but it is not a problem at all.
I do recommend this product.

Decent quality, decent for a budget dash cam.
I like how it can record 3-ways. I use one of them to cover the side of the vehicle.
Great for people who transport passengers or for monitoring your drivers or for personal protection.
Very user friendly.
Easy to setup. Most time consuming part was running the wires (for a clean install).

Con: rear cam doesn't have any night vision, however it still records as long as there's some sort of lighting.

It's a dash cam.
3 cameras are great for ensuring you have a record of a collision but the license plates won't be legible. This is prevalent in nearly all dash cams that don't use a Sony Starvis 2 collector.
Thus far my only operational issue is the garbage microSD card that came with it. It worked for months, I use 2 cards that I swap. After not using the card for a month when I tried to use it it wouldn't work. It's seems to be fried. Computers won't see it either. I use Lexar microSD predominantly and it's been without failure.

The book reads that a 32gb card is all this supports, you can't get more than 2 hours before it starts to overwrite the video so it's no good for recording long trips. But some good news, you can fool the camera into using a 64, 128, or 256gb card.
1- Format the 32gb card in the dashcam. It'll format the card and build the file structure.
2- **in a computer** Format the 256gb card to match the format of the 32gb card EXACTLY.
3- Copy the file structure and files from the 32gb card that the dashcam put in at the time of formatting onto the 256gb card.

This should allow you approximately 16 hours of recording time before it starts to overwrite video files.
DO NOT try to format greater than a 32gb in the camera, it'll error and potentially damage the SD card. Each time you need to manipulate a card greater than 32gb you MUST use a computer and if you reformat it you must follow the above instructions before use. You can delete video files without harming the file structure and damaging the card but do not delete or add any folders, it'll corrupt the card for use with the camera.
256gb is the cutoff because at 512gb the cards use a different controller format that this camera isn't compatible with. 256gb is a HS-Ultra1, the 512gb are HS-Ultra2. It supports UpTo HS-Ultra1. 128 and 256gb cards that are Ultra2 won't work either.

These don't retain enough charge to keep the unit on, only enough to keep time and date set between drive times. I have a 16gig mini SD in mine and it's plenty of space. It auto deletes once full unless you lock an important video. I previously had a more expensive dash cam in my car that stopped working a few months in. I had this one in my truck and now had it for over a year, so I got another one of these for my car too.
