This monopod feels solidly built, it's stable, and it's easy to switch between its different uses.

Need a tripod for a mirrorless with a smaller lense or an action camera? It does that easily as long as there aren't any high winds.

Want a monopod for your camera? Unscrew it from the tripod section, screw on the needed accessories, and bam! You have a monopod.

Need a selfie stick or you want to do jib shots with your gimbal? Move the plate and screw to the smaller end and viola! You're in business.

My only wish is that they made the monopod bag bigger for it so that you only needed to use the one bag instead of having a seperate one for the tripod section.

Well worth the money paid for it.

I bought this because I needed a light, portable, easy to use, fast and accessible monopod with the ability to stabilize my camera hands free while travelling without having to carry around heavy bulky tripods.

1) The mini-tripod feet attachment is very well built. When attached to the monopod, it allows adequate stability for the monpod, allowing for some long exposures. Stability isn't like that of a tripod, but it's definitely much more stable than many other monopods with mini-tripod feet attachment that I've purchased in the past. I purchased 3 other different types and I do not rely on their tri-feet attachment for stability at all.
2) Build quality of the whole product is 9/10; very sturdy, solid, light weight (due to carbon fibre body), movements of pieces are precise and there is no drag nor wiggle.
3) I used the Joby Gorillapod 3k Pro ball head and it fits perfectly without adding too much top weight.
4) When I attach my D850 with 24-70mm F2.8, it's a little wobbly without hands due to all the top weight but if I'm gunning, it works great as a monopod. But for hands free long exposures, I would limit it to less than a few seconds. If you want more stability, you'll need a tripod. But for how portable and light this is, it is amazing at this price point. I've not seen any other monopod with tri-feet attachment that can offer such stability with portability and ease of use.

Only complaint I have are the joints.

There are 2 standard 3/4 attachment at the bottom where the mini-tripod feet is attached, and one at the top where the ball head attaches; There are also small plates attached to these joints as a platform to attach the mini tripod, and the ball head. The issue is the plate and the 3/4 screws doesn't have a fixed point where it locks in and tightens. You have to gauge how much you can twist. It does eventually tighten, but you're not sure whether the travel room is enough. Further, the tightening mechanism is without a washer; and so although you can tighten aggressively, you can untighten easily as well.

There's also 5 points on the monopod where you twist to release. It too doesn't have a fixed point where it would lock in to tighten, nor a maximum point of loosening. If you keep unwinding, the lock will eventually fall off. And just like the 3/4 plates mentioned above, you can screw to tighten aggressively; but it can untighten easily as well.

Overall however, given it's price, build quality, and the stability if offers, it's an amazing product. I highly recommend for travel due to its portability, light weight and ease of use. Just be careful not to let the camera go too soon when doing long exposures, thinking it's stable. Just need to pay bit more attention due to the added top weight.
