The SIM card was very easy and quick to set up. (I got a new phone number.) Family was coming from overseas, and we wanted a phone they can use when away from home. I did the set up during business hours (in Montreal). My part only took a few minutes online, and the store completed the setup within an hour or two. It works as it should. Only thing is I didn’t realize how fast 500 mb gets used up lol But it’s okay because the phoning and texting is unlimited. It’s packaged very nicely, and the seller makes the contact info very easy to find in case you need help. (But I didn’t ;). I’m glad I chose this seller :)

Activation process is TERRIBLE. Waste of money

I followed the instructions after visiting the activation website. After I followed all the instructions, I was redirected to a login in page. I didnt have have an account so I made one, and to make one I NEEDED A PHONE NUMBER. I dont have one, which is why I bought this in the first place smh. Even after I made one, I STILL couldn't activate it.

If I activate the sim card through Koodo's website(which is so much better btw), I will loose the plan I spent money for. Terrible waste of money.

To activate the sim card plan you'll need the last seven digits of the amazon order number. it's on the invoice you'll receive by email or on your order history and easy to input through their automated telephone service, but the phone number you get might not have the area code you live in. I recommend it anyways.

The sim card was easy to set up and comes with seller's info so they can help you to set everything up if needed.

It came with a sim card holder kit with a poke to open your phone, and a voucher for your next month plan.

Great product! Much better deal than in a shop, got the sim card in few days, instructions were super clear. The activation took about 5 hours but that is perfectly fine with me because I wasn't in a hurry to use the sim, but I am sure if you are in a hurry you can call them and it can get done more quickly. I got the promotion of $10 for the next months and a bonus of 2G! Very satisfied with this purchase.
