I purchased this for a mod of a Street Fighter II Arcade 1Up cabinet - adding a Raspberry Pi 3B+ - as it requires an amp for sound. It works great, although I was expecting it to have a 3.5mm plug (1/8th Headphone jack input) but it doesn’t. But that’s MY fault for not paying attention even though the Amazon listing had GREAT pix. It has RCA inputs. Luckily (and inexplicably!) I had an RCA to 3.5 mm cable lying around. But just know that going in. It has a decent sound (currently mono as I’m only using the one A1Up speaker) and a nice LED light that I’ll never see. It’s light weight and so far, no complaints! Works great!

If you read the reddit recommendation to pair the Kinter MA170 amp with KRK KNS6400 Studio Headphones, DONT. This amp generates a ton of noise (the cables on other gear are fine, the headphones directly connected are fine) and worst still there's a perceptible timing shift between the left and right channels. Not even sure how to build a circuit like that--mismatched capacitors on the channels?

On the bright side, it's RGB? (there's no way to disable it that I can see, so -10 points for that too)

Long shipping times and no adapter

The biggest problems I had with this product was this it took way too long to ship and it came with no power adapter. The shipping time exceeded the estimated time and was close to being automatically canceled. And the power adapter not being included is not that clear in the product description.

The product otherwise works okay. The sound is acceptable.

Excelente volumen para lo que lo quiero, buena calidad de construcción, y pues por el precio no hay problemas en caso de que falle. Altamente recomendable si quieres un amp de bajo costo, pero muy buen sonido.

Tengo un microcomponente AIWA al cual solo le funciona el radio y aunque puedo escuchar musica de mi cel por el aux input, pues esta muy estorboso, asi que compré éste apartito que ocupa 1/8 de espacio y que me da casi la misma potencia del microcomponente con las mismas bocinas pero sin ocupar el espacio del otro, lo puse debajo de mi monitor y no estorba para nada. No genera ruido de fondo como otros comentarios han expuesto, seguramente debido a la fuente de poder incorrecta.

No incluye fuente pero es bastante fácil de conseguir en línea, los precios pueden variar dependiendo de dónde se busque, yo tenia un eliminador de un módem de telmex que le quedó bien. La fuente recomendada es de 12V con 3AMP, menos de esto te puede distorsionar el volumen si le subes mucho.

Según su especificación técnica es de 18W y le puedes conectar bocinas de 4 ohms.

Para mí fue una excelente compra y reutilicé unas bocinas que funcionan muy bien .
