If you use an m50 then you already know it's a decent camera with a garbage battery life. If you're looking to use it as a film camera in a stationary setup - this is a fantastic option that takes away the entire battery life concern.
Quality is good, voltage output is accurate on the dummy battery to a live battery based on all the tests i've run. No heating up in the power brick or the dummy battery even after hours of running (likely due to the camera requiring very little actual power to operate).
Overall - it's a useful tool that will become a cornerstone of your setup and lets you film forever without worrying about battery life. For the price, it really can't be beat.
