It does everything it says. If you have ever used a Keurig you know what you are in for. I bought this for my home office for when I don't have time to run downstairs.

I like: the colour is beautiful (red) especially the handle. It makes 12oz coffees, prefect for my large mugs.
I don't like: I wish the water tank was a bit bigger to do an even amount if 12oz coffees. I wish the base was a bit taller. I 3d printed one to stop splatters.

Would recommend.

What a gorgeous coffee maker! Its a step up from the old one we have. It takes up half the space and it looks so good on my counter. We always used reusable kups with our own coffee as it would be to costly to buy disposable kcups each month. What I completely forgot about was that I need to buy a reusable kcup that was compatible with this machine. I thought I could use my old one but it wouldn't fit. I called Kurig customer service and they were very helpful. Remove the black kcup piece completely and replace it with the reusable one. I found it on Amazon for $20. Be sure to buy one with this coffee maker if you use your own coffee! ALSO.....get the tall coffee filter. Its another add on item sold separately. I immediately noticed the coffee had a stale and weird taste with plain water the first time I used the machine. I did some reseach and it was recommended that a filter be used. It makes a huge difference with the taste of your coffee. Filters need to be changed every two months. Anyway, we always have fresh tasting coffee now! Highly recommend coffee maker!!!

I have to wonder by the reviews if buyers of this model ever had other Keurigs. We had a B60 (2012), a K-Compact, a K-Express and now this K-Slim. The Compact and the Express both died within a year, the ten year old B60 lives on, as noisy and willing as ever. That should tell you something about the worsening quality of these things. On to this latest K-Slim.

Pros:
- Like the Express, keeps the water warm enough to start brewing quickly.
- Has useful sizes, 8/10/12 Oz. Some, like the B60 and Compact are 6/8/10 Oz.
- Sort of saves space. Slim, but unusually long. Put some felt pads on the hard plastic bottom. You'll be moving it a lot to fill if under a cupboard. Will scratch your counter.
- Nice controls on top. With the controls in front on the light-weight Express we were pushing it around the counter a lot.
- Auto off is nice. The older Keurigs didn't do this.
- The tank drops lower than the Express did before the add water light.
- We paid $69 cdn. For that, this is a worthwhile buy. Any more, get the Express. Hotter coffee, shorter machine, strong brew option.

Cons:
- Least hot coffee of all the machines we've owned.
- Cleaning the water tank requires small hands. Very thin and awkward.
- No "strong brew" option.
- If you're buying based on this "multi-stream" hype, be aware it makes ZERO difference to the flavour of the coffee. It's exactly like all our other machines. A gimmick to sell more Keurigs.
- Hard plastic on the bottom and no feet. Protect your counter.
- Rear tank on cheap models like this. Not as easy as the side tanks on higher-end models.
- Be grateful if it lasts a year before the inevitable smell of sudden death. Like everything today, these are not built to last.

It’s my 2nd unit. This one has more puncturing units than the original which in theory means getting more coffee flavor out of each pod & I think that’s what is happening too! Pop in a K-pod close the top select your volume 8-10-12oz then push the big K for perfect coffee every time!

After doing extensive research on mini kuerigs, I finally decided to settle on this model. I've used it for a few weeks now, and it's caused no issues. My coffee is very hot and tastes evenly flavorful with every brew. If you make one cup every day, there is enough water to last about 4-5 days. It's a good size, feels sturdy, and not cheap. Absolutely love the red color and I'm so happy I got this.

I ordered this coffee maker so I could have the same machine as I do in USA. Unfortunately it is not disclosed anywhere in the listing that this machine has USA plug and voltage. I purchased a grounded adapter and when I plugged it in it blew the machine. This item should not be sold in the UK.
