Product was defective when received. The centre LCD was only half working. For example, an 8 would look like 3 because two lcd bars were not working. A zero would look like a backwards C. The number 4 would look like a sideways T. Anyway, I was going to send it back but I like to fix things and I didn’t want the hassle of shipping back and forth. I opened it up and pushed down on the lcd screen and now it works ok. So either it wasn’t seated properly or it has a poor solder joint ? Maybe I should have just sent it back. Well, it seems to be working ok for now.UPDATE: Good company. I did not ask for a replacement but they sent me one anyway. They responded to my review and very quickly sent me a new unit. It's normal to have a defective unit once in a while, but the way the company responds is what is important. Very happy with this seller.

It doesn’t have the same “feel” as the Fluke as far as craftsmanship or durability, but appears to work well, showing the identical readings that the Fluke does. For less that 1/5 of the cost of the Fluke, overall, it looks like a nice little meter.
