Great shorts for plus size women!
This is my second time buying shorts from Just My Size and again they did not disappoint!Pros:Would definitely recommend these shorts to my plus size girls. It's inexpensive, the material is very stretchy, and the band at the top is compressive which prevents the shorts from falling down. It's feels very light so it would be great to wear on a hot summer day or to hang around the house.Cons:I would not call these shorts flattering at all as it is more loose fitting towards the bottom, giving the lower body a box like appearance regardless of how curvy the person is.I believe these shorts would be best for staying at home, camping, or even using as swim trunks.

They are comfortable but they are not anything more than a typical casual short. I will wear them to the store or running errands, but wouldn't wear them going out for dinner or anything more than casual.

I find there's a lot of material in the back of the leg which looks kind of weird. The material sits right against the front of the leg, but I swear I could fit a second leg behind with the amount of excess material that there is, so they look like you have huge legs.

I also find the thick waistband a little uncomfortable because it rolls, I really don't know why any plus-size clothing has a thick waistband just for that reason.

But I wanted comfortable shorts for walking my dog or doing work outside or around the house, and these are perfect for that! They are lightweight, cool and comfortable and they have pockets - which for me was a must. I previously bought another pair of shorts that I love and are super comfortable but did not have pockets, so I searched for ones that did and found these.

I ended up buying a second pair in Black because I like these so much! The black is 100% cotton while these ones are a mix of cotton and polyester, but I find that they feel and fit the same. Also fit true to size!

These just arrived. I’m packing for the weekend and realized that pandemic bread baking (and eating) has led to my shorts not fitting. Love the convenience of having them on my doorstep in less than 24 hours. They look well-made, fabric is great. Good value for the price, assuming they hold up. However- most of my clothes are XL to 1X and fit appropriately. These shorts are labeled 1X and fit VERY snugly. Not attempting an exchange given my time constraints, but either they are mis-labeled or sizes run small. Being 100% cotton, I will wear them with long tops and hope they stretch with wash and wear.

After 2 washes they have shrunk 2 sizes and I can no longer wear them .I wash in cold water too.

I purchased two pairs of these. One because the first pair was huge on me. Turns out when previously shopping for pants on Amazon it automatically changed my choice to what size it thought I should purchase. ( I lost a lot of weight) the second purchase I caught what was happening, purchased the correct size and they fit like a dream.

I purchased these so that I can also wear these over a cast for an upcoming surgery and the legs give ample space for that.

Made of soft material and they seem like they will be durable. I will keep the larger pair for around the house even though I have to pull them up alot. Just be careful to measure your correct size and to double check that the ordering system doesn't order what size they think you are lesson learned!

Orders both came in quickly with the last pair coming a full day earlier than expected.

I love these shorts. Ther are very comfortable. I purchased 2 sizes a 2X and a 3X. I am 5'4" and weigh 246, so I'm a big girl. The 2X pair fit, but they were snugger than I like. The 3X were roomier. Those are the ones I kept. So I think they run small. The site recommended I buy the 2X. The fabric is silky and soft to the touch. I like the wide elastic waistband. No bothering with buttons and zippers. The pockets are shallow though, that I don't like. You will have a hard time putting your cell phone in them. I wish they came in more colors though. Overall, they are GREAT shorts. I'd buy them again.
