ONE HAND OPERATION:

Requires an adult to push the release button on both sides of the lever. This can easily be done with just one hand. A toddler's hand isn't as big as yours and he or she will not open the lock. This is a big improvement over other lock designs sold on the market. Those only require a single button to be pushed. Clever toddlers and small children can push the single button and open the door. Most kids can't open our 2-button design.

Many parents want to be assured that the safety solution they choose will not just work, but will also be removable without causing damage when Baby grows up. We at Jolik Baby share the same concern, and with that in mind, we would like to share the following Door Lever Lock removal tips:

In our testing, the following instructions helped us avoid paint & door damage: To safely remove lock from door: Take a piece of fishing string and slide it from side to side in a downward motion, behind the base of the lever lock. Once the base portion is removed, use Oops Painter's Choice or similar adhesive removal products to remove the remaining

We have a pool in our backyard and we have a lock on our French doors, but with two young kids, we can never be too careful, especially when it comes to water safety. These are awesome for having little ones. They stick really good to wood or glass doors. We put one upside down (purposely) so that we dont have to lock it all the time. This way you need to lift up but at least if you forget to lock it, the little one cant pull the lever to get into the pantry. I'm a bit worried about having to remove them but might try heating them up with a heat gun or blow dryer.
