The missing bolts happened to be the ones needed to fasten the backplate to the mount hooks. A very necessary step. Luckily, I happened to just have two bolts that fit! Both needed to be M5 bolts with at least 35mm in length. Mine are a little longer than that but they are hidden so, meh. This is pretty much the only reason I had to dock them a *⭐*, otherwise, I actually like it. Definitely an upgrade to the stand I had which was always in the way of my small set up.
The install was simple, yet it suggests to not install this just in drywall alone. Problem with that is, if you are installing it into studs, you're most likely only going to hit one stud as the backplate has a maximum bolt to bolt on-center length of 15 and something inches. In North America, studs are at least 16 inches on center minimum, if not more, depending on where you're from, date of construction and the codes that are adhered to.
Anyways, I got 2 screws installed into one stud and the other 2 are into drywall. Good enough for my 3(?) pound monitor. Also, it did come with a handy little level that was actually on point.
