I normally purchase these in a drug store but I recently discovered them on Amazon so I'm buying them here now, for convenience.
I'm a long time user of high-strength biotine for hair. I used to take the 5,000 mg capsules. High-strength biotin works well by increasing the speed of hair growth through accelerating the anagen phase. I can cut my hair shoulder length in December and have it grow back close to my waist by March. I'm not kidding (I also use a regimen of hair strengthening products, such as henne and cassia colouring, Nioxil shampoo and conditioner, etc).
These gummies are delicious, fast absorbing and fast acting. I take 3 in the morning and two at night before bed. My hair not only grows faster but it is also smoother since I take them, I suspect because of the added Vit C and E (a bonus). They are also good for strengthening frail nail. J’approche 60 ans et je suis ménopausée depuis 10 ans suite à une opération. La perte de cheveux était normale jusqu’à tout récemment où c’était intense pour près d’un mois. Fini les pilules et je suis impressionné du résultat. Est-ce qu’il y aura repousse? Cela reste à voir mais pour l’instant, au moins je garde mes cheveux 😊 Je recommande ce produit fortement!
