Great quality mount, packaging is concerning.
I am really pleased with the product itself. This so far appears to be a good quality mount, solid construction and the price point is very fair. I was a bit disappointed with how it had arrived though. On the order tracker it displayed that it would be delivered by 8pm on the date of arrival, but after 8pm the status changed to "late" with an advisory to contact Amazon on how to proceed. It had then arrived over an hour later on the doorstep. This was annoying, but not a huge deal, I was pleased to at least receive my product on the day appointed. But then the other unsettling issue, once I had grabbed the product from my porch, the packaging was in fairly rough shape and I was concerned about the integrity of the product inside. Luckily, due to its solid and durable construction there was no damage. But I will say this about the packaging. The box itself is of a very low grade cardboard, considering the weight of the solid metal mount and components. As well, while handling the box I could feel and hear all of the parts sliding around. Which brings me to the disappointment with the internal encasement and protection of the product. When I had opened the box it had revealed that all of the parts and components were loose and free to slide and bang around. Again, fortunately due to the durability and strength of the product, a huge plus, everything was in good condition. Overall I am very happy with the quality of the product itself, 5 stars for that, but packaging gets a firm 2 stars lol.

We needed something that will allow the TV to tilt downwards so we can see it while doing workouts. This fits the bill and was super easy to install. We used a stud finder to locate wood studs and drilled directly into them (would not recommend that you instal, directly into just drywall). It’s been about a month and so far so good. This is a simple to install item that fits our needs perfectly. Glad we decided to go with something that is reasonably priced and does the job well.

I bought this TV mount to hold a very heavy 60" plasma TV. It did the job perfectly, all the equipment was included. I mounted it into concrete so had to use different screws. The quality of the mount if very good, it also tilts up and down which is very convenient.Reviewed in Canada on October 19, 2020

So happy with my purchase. We have been looking to get a simple mount for our small 32” tv for our room but most mounts comes with all the bells and whistle that we don’t need and way too expensive for something we don’t use all the time. This mount holds our tv nicely and we tilted it down so we can watch Netflix in bed without any glare. The metal part sticks out at the bottom cuz our tv is too small but it doesn’t bother us. Installation manual was a bit confusing for my husband but he doesn’t tend to read it all and when I looked at it again I was able to figure it out right away. Took a total of 15 mins to put it up (not including my husband confusion).

This is the type of product that just does what it's supposed to do in the easiest way possible. I have purchased several of these brackets in the past and at this point, don't even read the instructions, as the installation is so simple. I installed this bracket in a bedroom renovation, total time, including installation of the required plug receptacle behind the T.V. took only 45 minutes. 1) Install new plug receptacle, 2) Install hangers on the back of the T.V., 3) Install the wall bracket (I just used the 2 supplied lag bolts into a wall stud), 4) Hang the T.V. on the wall bracket. This design is so simple, that I installed the 65" T.V. onto the bracket by myself, just have to lift the T.V. and hang it on the top lip of the bracket. Another good design feature, is that the T.V. can be slid several inches in either direction AFTER installation, which was a good feature, as the area I installed it (between the closet and door, was a tight space, perfectly centered with this option.
