Why the battery can't be charged?

In order to charge the transmitter and receiver properly, please use a 4.5V~5.5V charger. Otherwise, the battery may not be charged or damaged.

How can I determine if the wireless transmitter and receiver is compatible with my microphone?

These are meant for dynamic/harmonic microphones and cannot provide phantom power. If your condenser mics require power these will not be of use to you. They are extremely convenient for gigs using non powered mics.

How to pair transmitter and receiver?

1. Turn on the units;

2. Connect the receiver to the microphone and the transmitter to the mixer or other devices;

3. Long press the channel switch button to pair up, the signal is to be paired up when the status indicator flickers blue.

The sound is crisp, clear, and lag free, with very little background noise. I reckon they sound as good as those costing twice as much. With a typical round-handled handheld mic they look a lot better than the typical square-sided competitors, though they are surprisingly wide so an extension cable or extender is needed if you want to plug them into a Shaw 55 or similar. This is no different than any other that I've come across. My only slight quibble is with the battery life that, at little more than 3 hours, is fine for most gigs but is not best of breed. Others, including cheaper ones, manage more like 5 hours. You might not use all that, but there is peace of mind to be had from knowing that you could.

Well, at first I really like this thing, but then I started to have serious connections issues. If not fully charge before start to use, I have connection issues. If fully charged before start to use, after 30 minutes to 1 hours I start to have connection issues and sound start to break. So, a product that does not last for 8 months is not worth to buy.

The first thing I noticed as soon as I turned these on and plugged them in (using a Sure SM58 Mic and my Zoom H6) is that there is a lot of background his with these. I don't see anyone else talking about that in the reviews, so I wonder if it's just the set I bought? Otherwise I really like the look of them and how easy they are to connect...

Battery life has been excellent so far. I have 4 sets of these and they are still fairly new, but they work as intended and haven’t had any interference issues. They are a little bit chunky, so you can’t put them in adjacent XLR spaces on the mixer (plus they block enough of the neighboring space you can’t use a regular xlr cable next to it.

I’ve mostly used them in conjunction with xvive power boxes and pencil condensers for choirs and I’ve been very pleased with the sound results. I’ve noticed my SM58 and Super55 noticeably lost punch on these versus a wired connection. But a little more gain boost compensates. Also, they go on sale frequently — if you pay more than $87.50 you should’ve waited a week.
