Great Product!
I was hesitant in purchasing after reading the 1 star reviews about the product not lasting but after one week of ware this is my nails! I had one set on for two weeks that also did not chip. My guess is the ones chipping did not follow instructions about filling nails to rough them up prior to application or did not use the base coat because with proper application mine are lasting without issues! I also have very sensitive skin and have not had any reactions to the product. 10/10 recommend! I just wish they put a bottle of the gel nail remover polish in the kit but for $10 or less u can get bottle off Amazon! (Nail polish remover will not work to take it off! I tried haha)

Easy to follow instructions and I used multiple products together with the kit, so I'll offer my process for anyone interested, especially if you're a beginner at nails at home like myself. I was patient, since it was my first time, but it wasn't a long or complicated process really, and I watched tv in my family room while doing my nails.
Included in photos is the finished result (I am not a nail tech, nor a person who applies nail polish well), the color pictured: B37, Tomicca soft gel no file nail tips $10 CAD (they're amazing, as you choose length and nail shape you want to order, and they don't require any cutting or filing) and Makartt solid nail glue gel $15 CAD. All 3 products are 10/10 recommend.
My process, first time use:
I have thin, weak nails so I put Vitry nail repair care on first (purchased separately). NO DRILLING OR FILING nail beds required.
The kit's basecoat over that once it was dry, and then cured with the uv light for 60 secs. I put the glue pictured (purchased separately) on the nail tips (purchased separately) using the metal tool from this kit which has a nice slightly curved flat end. It was perfect. Once whole hand was done, I made sure they were straight (the glue is still pliable until cured) and cured with the uv light 120 secs (two 60 sec cycles). File little plastic tag from edge of tip where it was detached from the mold. 1 coat of the basecoat, cure for 60 secs. 2 coats color (cure each coat 60 secs; 120 secs if you applied thick coats) and then top coat. Last cure 180 secs. Might have been extra, but I wanted to be sure. I then did the next hand and done. Put cuticle oil and living my best life.
3 products = $75 CAD (excluding tax), luckily had next day delivery available with Prime. The money I'm going to save not paying someone else to do my nails is CRAZY. I don't have to do a trip to the nail salon every 2 weeks. I wanted a process that was easy, effective, and wouldn't involve excessive nail damage like drilling or acrylic/gel powders. I am very pleased I found exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered some tips to use with this product and the tips were supposed to come with uv glue but it wasn’t in the kit. I used the base gel from this set to glue the tips on and painted with one of the colours in the set.
Second photo is end of day 5 and still going strong.
I am a mom of two (lots of baths and hands in water). I lift weights 5 days a week and I washed my car and they are still going strong. I also find doing my own nails so therapeutic and glad I don’t have to go to the salon anymore. Def recommend!

I love this kit- feels like they will last a long time. I used this 4 days ago and there are still in perfect shape. Normally my manicures don’t last more than a couple days. Nails dry really quickly under the light and feel strong and sturdy. So many colours to choose from at an affordable excellent price . I have use press on nails underneath and they look like they were done in a salon!

I absolutely adored this product for so long. It came with 60 colours (which I haven’t even had a chance to try all of!), it went on brilliantly, would last for ages. It was phenomenal, until it wasn’t. The past two applications I started experiencing intense itching from my knuckle up, and then today I began noticing bubbling and blisters on the skin around a few of my nails this morning. Apparently this is *a thing* with cheap product (go figure). Diving into it a tad more, this is both common and wildly disappointing — once you develop an allergy, it’s not going to go away. RIP my beautiful nails. This was so good for so long:(

This is such a great investment! As someone who couldn’t do their nails with normal nail polish I’m so surprised how much easier gel polish makes it. I learnt that nail prep also makes a huge difference! Don’t let the gel stay on your skin and cure it because that could cause an allergic reaction (and your nails won’t last as long). Make sure you do thin coats and get yourself some nail blotting and brush tools so you can have fun with the mail art:)
