I bought this screen protector as a replacement. I initially purchased a Moshi screen protector with my IPhone 8 for about 3x the cost, but had it crack 3 days into casual use (carrying it around in my pocket with the screen towards my thigh). After the customer service team wanted me to pay shipping (that cost more than this JETech screen protector) because I was in Canada, I realized that Moshi is not prepared to truly support customers in a Canadian market. Since purchasing this product I have received a pleasant followup from the JETech screen asking me if I am happy with their product, and indeed I am.I have had this screen protector on my phone for about 2 weeks now, and so far it's been doing the job. Application was pretty painless, they include everything you need to take reasonable amounts of dust and dirt off of your screen before applying the new screen protector. The whole application process took about 5 minutes.I took a star off because it appears that no matter how hard you try you will have some slight screen peel/ bubbles on the edges. This is not a deal breaker for me, as they are minor and hardly noticeable to my eye unless I look closely. Overall, great value for the price that I paid (10.99 CAD), I had an extra screen protector left over to put on my brother's phone. Would buy again if I had a need, but from my experience so far I doubt that need will arise anytime soon.

Picked this product up for a newly acquired iPhone 8. Good value ($10.99 at time of purchase) for a pack of two screen protectors. This is good for a couple of possible reasons. First, should you screw up your first attempt at application you’ve got the backup. Second, assuming you successfully applied the protector on your first attempt, you retain an extra in the event you damage the first one after, for example, dropping your phone.

In addition to the glass protectors, the package also includes a felt cleaning cloth and guide stickers to assist with application (two of each). Missing is an alcohol wipe which I’ve received with previous protectors for other iPads/iPhones I’ve owned, but it’s not a deal killer for me.

Application is exceedingly simple. Dust is your enemy here. I had kept the original plastic film covering the iPhone that it came packed with until this arrived in the mail. Even still I highly encourage use of the dust removal sticker as it’s your best defence against dust bubbles forming. Another suggestion is to do the application in your bathroom with a hot shower running. The steam suppresses the dust in the room.

Application is fairly straight forward. Clean the screen as best you can with the cloth and make judicious use of the dust sticker after a thorough clean. IMMEDIATELY after use of the dust sticker use the guide stickers to apply the protector as flat as possible positioning the camera and home button holes as best as you can. Lay flat to the screen and press firmly in the middle of the screen to begin the sealing process. The glass should then, from the centre out, fully adhere to the screen without any further action from you. The process should take only about five to ten seconds. Done properly there should be no bubbles to push out.

There is no degradation of touch control with the glass fully applied. It’s like there’s no cover at all.

I’m quite satisfied with this product and glad to have the spare protector in the event I need to replace a damaged cover. Good value, quality and ease of application. Highly recommend.

Recently bought an iphone 8 and was in the market for a reasonable priced screen protector but didn't want to spend too much money on one and found this as a result. The price was reasonable as it comes with 2 screen protectors and the item arrived very quickly. First glance, it liked the packaging, with is like a book as it opens and surrounds it is a foam cushion. The item come with 2 screen protectors and 2 bags of items (glide tabs, cleaning cloth, and dust sticker) also a Lifetime Warranty Card and instructions which is great.
Just a tip, ensure you are in a LOW DUST environment when applying it. Even with the dust sticker that is provided, dust still managed to get underneath some how. I had to re-position it 4-5 times before "almost" getting it right. If your someone that is OCD and doesn't like the air bubbles or dust bubbles. Take it to a professional phone store or your phone carrier as most will do it for free if you do not have the patience or steady hand. It can be re-positioned a few times but could eventually damage the screen protected so don't keep removing it and reinstalling. The dust sticker is KEY, because if not there with bubbles all over the screen and also take your time do not rush. I tired using a credit card to ensure all the air bubbles are out or something slim if you have. Me personally, i was rushing as i was going to be late for work when this arrived at my door and just wanted to get it on. In the end, it did have 2 dust bubbles in the middle and close to the end of the screen also was slightly off to one side. Unfortunate but what can you do, i am impatient!
Overall, visually. This doesn't cover the whole entire screen. It does leave a 4-5 mm gap. I understand the manufacture says it is due to a case that you can put on because of the bezels but even with a phone case and a slight bezel on the phone case it still has a large gap from the case to the screen protector. I think this was more made for a iphone 7 and not an 8 because the 8's have more of a curved display and rounded edges. Regrading the touch and touch ID, everything is still responsive and works respectively. Doesn't interfere with it from what i can see or feel but may in your application. I cannot comment if the screen protector works as in protection as i have not dropped it yet and hope it remains that way but just in case it's also nice to know that it's there and have another one as a backup PLUS the lifetime warranty on the product. I would recommend this product but could do with a little easier of a installation.

Update:
After having this on my phone for over 3 months i can say it is working out good. The response is great and sometimes it doesn’t feel like there is even a screen protecter on it. One thing that is annoying is that it doesn’t cover the entire front glass of the phone. There is a 2-4mm gap which annoys me and also aside from that I recently dropped my phone right on the corner where the screen protector is and completely cracked the protector which i didn’t expect. I didn’t even land flat on the face of the phone just the corner and there is a case on it. I am not on my second one in the package. I am very glad that i had it on my phone or it would have cracked the screen. It is up to you, $150 for a new screen or $15 for a screen protector. All i wish it would have lasted longer than it did but i guess that is my fault.

I bought these for my mom but when I installed it, I was disappointed as the reason her last screen smashed was due to the screen protector missing the very edge of the screen. Someone needs to make it so it fits right to the edge, I don't get why that isn't a thing for iPhone. Or maybe it's just the 8 phone spefifically idk.
