Last week I applied a JETech screen protector on my wife’s iPhone 14 - it was supper easy and the installation was flawless on the first try. 5 Stars! So I ordered a JETech protector for my S21. The application method was different and I messed up on the first try - 70% my error. The second attempt worked after I used my fingers to get rid of some air pockets. Zero bubbles on the iPhone 14 application btw. The iPhone package had 3 protectors while the S21 package had only 2. I’m very satisfied with the end result but give the S21 installation method 4 stars for a less sophisticated and foolproof installation method and one less protector than their iPhone product. Regarding the fingerprint sensor, after I increase the sensor sensitivity, I tried recording my fingerprint, and it did not register. I then followed on screen recommendations to wet my finger, and after that it slowly began to record my fingerprint. Once I finished my first fingerprint, I tried unlocking the phone and it worked well. Not sure how it will do in the long run but for now it seems to work.

The screen protector and lens protector are of very good quality. It is real glass and not plastic. The installation tool for the screen protector makes it easy to install it. The fingerprint reader is a bit less sensitive. You need to press a bit harder sometimes. Note you need to re-scan your fingerprint after installing and increasing the touch sensitivity in settings. The old fingerprint will not work

The len protector is great and both the screen and lens protector go on very easily without bubbling. However, not even a day after applying the screen protector, there were little chips coming off along the edges. I've also noticed that it scratches a lot easier than other glass protectors I have purchased in the past. I'm by no means rough on my phone, scratches were appearing after being in my pocket or empty purse pocket.
I'm going to use up the ones I got but will go with another option when the time comes.

I purchased this product because I have used JETech before and honestly never had an issue but this one is terrible. The alignment tool doesn't align it properly its pushed off to the right, it left a bubble under the phone that no matter what comes back, I used both right away because my finger print unlock wouldn't work on the first one and with the alignment issue and air bubble that would seem to go away, soI peeled it off. I reassigned my finger print with the touch sensitivity on high with out the glass and then used the second one without the aligner, finger print access still didn't work, tried to reassign my finger print again and won't even register it again because of the glass... this is garbage

Which means go add one new fingerprint, then once complete go add an additional fingerprint. Once I added my fingerprint the second time, it worked like a charm. The instructions couldn't be more simple. Thanks to the seller for making sure the instructions were very clear and easy to understand and providing a top product for an amazing price. My screen is so clear and feels so smooth now and I don't see fingerprints all over my screen anymore which is another plus.
