Great sound quality
These earbuds are amazing and they fit in my ears unlike most earbugs with rubber tips. I use the smallest size and don't have to worry about them falling out, and they're great with the noise cancellation feature. I haven't had a chance to try out all the features yet but the fact that I can customize the sound to my preference is amazing. They have great bass sound as well which is difficult to find in a lot of wireless earbuds, or at least ones I've used in the past

These are not bad for the price. The battery life seems to be pretty good. I haven't been able to really test them too much at this point but I will update this review if issues develop. Basically, these seem like a cheaper version of the Apple ear buds. They don't fit my ears great but that is more about my tiny ears than anything wrong with them. I do find them slipper to handle and I drop them a lot. Still, they seem to function well and are super small and easy to pack with you. Very convenient. Sound isn't too bad either. The noise canceling is mediocre but again, not bad for the price. All in all, I'm happy enough with these. They are working well for me as I didn't want to spend more to get a more expensive version.

I been stuck on Samsung Galaxy Live ones, but they are getting old. The past year and half I have been hunting down buds that don't hurt my ears like the in ear buds do. I want bass and quality and it's hard to find it in these type of buds, but wow these blew my mind. They have major bass, more than my samsung ones, and audio quality is really good too. Now the ANC should never be something you look in these type of buds, you will only get that with in ear ones. They do help like a tiny tiny bit, but that is not my reason for buying it. These are super comfortable and sound great. I got them on sale and think it was worth it.

Comfortable, great sound quality, inexpensive, spare earpieces, what could you ask more ? The active noise canceling is better if you switch for bigger silicone earpieces included in the box. Overall, the noise canceling ain't mind-blowing if you use the earbuds as they are but you not spending 2-300 bucks remember... sony, beats, senheiser, they're expensive, but these jbl do the job.

These are arguably the worst headphones I have ever purchased...

Sure, the sounds is great, but everything else sucks.

The design is horrible. They are uncomfortable to wear even for a short time. They constantly fall out of the ear, and when you try to put them back in, you end up pausing your music because the buttons are touch sensors. Literally everytime I try to adjust the position in my ear, the button picks up my hand touching the earbud and either pauses my music, skips to the next song, or adjusts the volume. Who thought a touch sensor buttom would be a good idea for earbuds?

My advice: Do not buy these. Look for earbuds that have comfort support and actual buttons you have to press. I have had JBL earbuds in the past (I lost them recently) and they were great, but these particular earbuds have horrible design.

These are fantastic mid range ear buds. Battery life could be a bit better. But considering their size its still a good 4 hours before charging in case again. Case holds about 2-3 more charges depending on how used the first charge is. Sound quality is awesome, make sure you download the app.

It is not the best product but I enjoy it and you have to learn how to fit it in your ears perfectly, so the ANC works the best for you. But in general it's great. Only thing that I don't like is that sometimes went I want to pair my phone with it, only one of the two buds pairs!

Let me compare airpods, JBL is better than listening music voice and battery is going so longer than airpods.
Microphone is better for apple and also if you use iphone when they text you apple can read. So sum up, listening music and battery life is better than apple . For other things especially microphone is better than JBL. I totally recommend it

Update after 5 months of use:

A quick update of the ear buds. The charging of the ear buds is fast. Going from "low battery" to full takes a short amount of time. I think a minute or two. Never timed it.

A couple of issues:
* Taking calls on it is hit or miss. Often the headphones will get out of sync and it will do a weird binaural thing where it will alternate between each ear getting cut out for a split second back and forth for about two seconds. This can happen multiple times in a minute.

* Over a bit of time of playback, the earphones will cut out for about 2-3 seconds. I'm not sure why. Maybe some sort of sync issue? More annoying when listening to an audio book than music.

This review is for: JBL Tune Flex - True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds (White), Small

Overall, I like them. Video mode has no audio lag. They sound good with boosted base and sealed tips.

I really wish there was a way to turn on the headphones without the case.

Highs:

* When using to go to sleep, the pillow won't accidently activate the touch controls (very nice).
* Touch controls are responsive and are easy to activate. I haven't had them accidently double activate so far.
* Video mode has no audio/video lag. Must be enabled in the app. By default it is set to Music mode.
* Good sound. They sound very good when using the bass EQ, music mode, and the sealed tips.
* Fit is good. Three sizes for sealed tips.
* Can setup each touch control to a different command set.
* Important! : If you want volume control, it must be setup in the app.
* Has a "find earphones" function (only when still turned on). Emits a tone and is easy to hear.
* Has an optional auto standby which also optionally deactivates ANC. For example: With some other earphones, ANC will stay on even with auto standby enabled. If using them to sleep to, ANC being on all the time will cause the battery to be low by morning.
* Good Bluetooth range.

Lows:
* Hard to get out of the case. This seems to be common with all case based small headphones. There isn't a good way to grip them and they won't shake out.
* When getting out of the case, it's easy to activate the touch controls over and over. (Skip, play, pause, volume up.)
* No way to turn on the earphones without the case. Not even with the app. Cannot force standby either.
* This means that if you forget the case, you can't put them in your pocket because the touch controls fire randomly. The app can turn off the earphones.
* Couldn't tell a difference between ANC on or off. With or without the sealed tips. But I was not really surprised for small in ear headphones.

Other:
To put on or take off the tips, use a credit card or spudger to separate the white tips from the body. The sealed tips are easy to add and remove.
