Pouch is a perfect size to fit my work cell on the front pouch and I use the main pouch to hold my ASD, mouth pieces and a pack of narcan with rubber gloves. It's not overly large but large enough. MOLLE compatible and so far the straps fit well. Velcro hook and loop holding strong 💪
