Very disappointed that Amazon and eero sent me a refurbished item. Something seemed off when I opened the packaging, but I didn’t think they would already by shipping refurbished items. The kicker is when I tried to set it up. It told me it was already registered to another user. Very disappointed in Amazon and Eero.
