Xbox turned off and was making a clicking noise when plugged in, even when turned off.

I took the Xbox case off and plugged it in to listen for where the clicking was coming from. It was coming from the power supply.

Ordered this part in the hopes that it’d be a cheap fix, and it worked! So far have used it for 1 full day and had no issues. Xbox did have to update when it turned back on but I’m not sure if that had anything to do with this.

The cords were a little bit longer than the stock power supply, maybe by 1 or 2cm, but that wasn’t an issue as they weren’t big enough to get in the way. Just make sure you aren’t kinking the cords when putting the case back on and you’re golden.

Will update review if something bad happens, but so far so good.
