Probably the most unique video shooting camera I've used. Noting that my use case is a bit different as I don't really use this as an action cam but more for lifestyle/casual type videos to share with friends and family.
As a first time 360 cam user, I can say both the x4 and insta360 software are easy to use. The one "hurdle" a new user needs to be aware of is that there is a workflow involved (ie. You need to shoot, review, edit, export before you can share or upload) With that said, the resulting video is unmatched as it provides a unique perspective of not just what you wanted to shoot at the time, but rather your entire environment in the moment.
I ordered both the X3 about a week before the X4 was announced and kept the X4 as the added features are worth the extra few bills in my opinion. The 8k vs 5.7k is a noticeable difference in quality, and changeable lens guards give me peace of mind that I won't scratch the lens easily.
5 stars as it does everything I hoped it'd do, and the software is the easy and intuitive (thank you insta360 for making the app/editor free and not fall victim to subscription based software!).
I plan to edit this review should anything notable comes up (ex. After bringing it on a vacation or hiking/biking)

World best consumer 360 camera got better
There's no doubt this is the best 360 camera out there. However it doesn't replacement GoPro as pov will always have better image quality. As a 360 camera this is amazing and you can get everyday creative shots and the work flow is insanely easy to edit. Before you commit buying either one you should really think about if you want 360 or pov camera as they have different use case.

Die Flexibilität, den Blickwinkel während der Fahrt zu ändern, hat meine Videos wirklich revolutioniert. Es ist unglaublich, wie einfach es ist, mit dieser Kamera atemberaubende Aufnahmen zu machen. Die Bildstabilisierung ist herausragend - selbst auf holprigen Straßen bleiben die Aufnahmen erstaunlich ruhig und klar.
Was mir besonders gefällt, ist der 360-Grad-Modus. Die verbesserte 8K-Auflösung ermöglicht es mir, noch detailreichere Aufnahmen zu machen, und die Qualität ist einfach beeindruckend. Außerdem ist der Klang kristallklar, und das Windschutzsystem funktioniert auch bei starkem Wind einwandfrei.
Die Insta360 X4 wurde im Vergleich zur X3 von Grund auf verbessert und bietet nun eine beeindruckende Leistung und Vielseitigkeit als 360-Grad-Kamera, die Batterielaufzeit ist wirklich bemerkenswert. Ich kann praktisch den ganzen Tag lang filmen, solange ich zwischendurch die Kamera ausschalte. Und die verbesserte WLAN-Stabilität und der USB-Typ-C 3.0 Anschluss machen die Datenübertragung und das Laden schneller und effizienter als je zuvor.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die neu konzipierten Schutzlinsen, die die Kamera selbst bei extremen Sportarten vor Beschädigungen schützen. Das gibt mir zusätzliche Sicherheit und macht die X4 zum perfekten Begleiter für meine Outdoor-Abenteuer.
Abschließend möchte ich noch die hervorragende App erwähnen, die die beste ist, die ich bisher genutzt habe. Die Bedienung ist einfach und intuitiv, was den gesamten Prozess noch angenehmer macht.
Insgesamt bin ich absolut begeistert von der Insta360 X4 und kann sie jedem empfehlen, der nach einer vielseitigen und leistungsstarken Action-Kamera sucht.
