Purchased through the Insta360 Store on Amazon. Arrived quickly and worked well for about 24 hours. Battery required a charge and after using the recommended 5V3A charger, the camera wouldn’t work. Screen would come on but it is blank, buttons do nothing except for the power, LED stays solid blue.
Contact manufacturer because that’s where Amazon points you. Manufacturer finds out you bought it on Amazon and points you to them. Now I’m 1200km from home on a motorcycle trip with a $700 paperweight that I have to mail back for a refund. Very disappointed in Insta’s handling of this especially since it was purchased through their store.
