When I got it I used it straight out the box. I have a GMC Canyon pickup and the cord was long enough to do all four tires. My tires were at approximately 20 psi. I was able to fill up to 40psi in approximately 5 minutes per tire. I was happily surprised because the listing said max 35 psi. A bit noisy but not excessive, pretty much what you'd expect from a small compressor. It's simple, on/off switch and plug, no fuss or fancy gadgets and the price is amazing, can't find something that works well like this for 20$ anywhere else.
