Here we have the Heylad portable air pump up for review. Small form factor which fits my use case perfectly. I recently got into biking and got an e-bike and experienced my first tire tube blowout. I was stranded and had to walk the bike for almost 8 km back to my car. I told myself never again I’ll be prepared for next time. I got a repair patch kit and this portable air pump and I’m not afraid to go on my 50km+ rides anymore.
The pump is light and comes in a velvet bag which is perfect for transporting and preventing scratching the display. It comes with all the little adapters needed to blowout all types of inflatables. You have the adapter for balls like basketballs footballs or soccer balls. Easy to use and battery is adequate for my use case. It’s nice to be able to carry this around easily and even use around the house. I use it to top up my car tires every few weeks. The unit comes with 4 different modes that have certain presets configured for cars, bikes, motorcycles, and inflatable balls. It charges with a usb C and even has another usb A that you can use to charge up a device in an emergency. Overall, I am very pleased with this air pump. Only negative thing about it is the display is a really low resolution so you can see the blurriness. It’s still legible but I wish it would have been a tad bit clearer. Still a great product for the price so no points removed just hopes and dreams for future versions.
