The install was so easy with the template.Months later the purchase more than paid for itself. While on vacation and trying to setup a small tripod my wife’s phone dropped from about 10” onto a rock and completely destroyed the phone or so we thought. On further inspection it was the screen protector that shattered.Unfortunately for me I can’t find the spare so I’ll have to purchase again but the extra protection form such a small accident is worth it.

Tried so many different screen protectors and finally found one that is compatible with the pixel 6 fingerprint scanner. Currently on the January, 2022 pixel firmware (build SQ1D.220105.007). Fingerprint scanner works just as well as before screen protector was installed. Unlike other brands, this protector is truly oleophobic, thus resistant to picking up smudges that prevent fingerprint scanner from working properly.
Installation was easy with the included snap on guide. Wish it came with a protector for the rear camera lenses. Otherwise, it's perfect for the pixel 6. Highly recommended!

And I have to say I actually had the opposite experience. It was super easy to install, if you looked at the instructions included. Also no issues with the touch screen or finger print reader. This was very easy to install. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I followed the instructions to redo my finger print and it is hit and miss if it works. Some days it works every time, some days it refuses to work. The screen shows smudges and finger prints quite a bit but cleans up easily with just a wipe of a cloth. I'm rough on my phone and this screen doesn't have a scratch on it. So I'm pretty happy with it.

I've tried two other glass sceen protectors for my Pixel 6 and this protector works best with the fingerprint reader and goes on with ease using the allignment tool. I get about 90% success first time on the fingerprint reader. Two other brands I have used only about 60-70% success first time. Make sure you re-add your fingerprint after you install any glass protector. I've had it installed for 6 -7 months now and it still has no scratches and the touch response and clarity of this protector is excellent. It covers the entire screen and works great with the Spigen Liquid Air Armor case I have on it. I did drop my phone and it cracked, but did its job and prevented any screen damage. Only negative is that it does show finger smudges pretty bad, so minus 1/2 star for that. I have it installed on 2 other family members Pixel 6's and all work great. Overall I give 4.5 stars.
