UPDATED REVIEW: It charges nicely, powerful power bank. A little bulky compared to other brands and models but does the job pretty nice: charges fast and powerful enough to charge almost any device (including my laptop). The device itself takes quite the time to charge but once is fully charged it last pretty long.

The first unit I owned stopped working but after a year, out of blue. I tried to contact the costumer service (through Amazon) with no reply at all :( Although I contacted the company on their website and they sent me a new unit, so I'm changing my review back to 5 stars.

1st update:
I'm extremely satisfied with Iniu's service, got a replacement for three years' warranty.
I had tested Anker' 20k USB-C powerbanks: Series 4 (325 II) and Series 5 (525), both had one charge less than this Iniu 20k, only Anker's Series 3 (325) could match the capacity but its USB-C port is just for recharging.
Since Iniu device is merely half or one-third the price of Anker, it definitely has the best performance price ratio.

Original review:
I got it for my planned 10day backpacking trip, and tested it with iphone12, 11 and 7.

First test (with USB-C port): it had charged iphone11 three times, iphone12 twice and 10% power was remaining, I was so impressed.
Second test (with USB-A port): it charged iphone11 & 12 & 7 one time each, then it could only charge iphone11 to 6%; and the USB-A ports are extremely tight with iphone cables, they are ok with Garmin cable. I got disappointed with its performance of USB-A ports.
Third test (with USB-C port again): it charged iphone11 twice, iphone12 & 7 once each, then charged iphone11 to 92%.

For each test, the power bank was fully charged and the phones were completely drained.
Overall its performance looked ok, however it seems it can not hold the capacity in the long run.

I purchased following Anker device in 2017 and it can still charge iphone12 four times, will return Iniu and try new Anker model.

This power bank is amazing. Like, holy cow. Not only is the remaining charge LED display incredibly helpful, it holds enough charge for 2-3 phones going from 0% to 100%, and even supports fast charging. It can charge two phones at once, and even has a built-in flashlight if necessary.

The device isn't particularly heavy and can be easily carried with you in your pocket if you need persistent charge for longer-use devices. It can charge faster than your phone battery drains while recording 4K video, which is simply wonderful.

Don't go with any other brand. INIU is a high-quality brand that has you covered. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to everyone.

I just received my INIU Power Bank BI-B5 22.5W 20000mAh and it was well packaged with an authenticity QR code that you scan with the Amazon Shopping App. The Power Bank appears well built and has a built in LED Screen and a Flash Light. Instructions are straightforward and simple to follow. The Power Bank is small, a bit on the heavy side (12.8 oz) and comes with a carry bag and a small USB-C input/output cable. It also has 2 USB-A outputs so you could technically charge 3 units at once. You will have to charge the Power Bank before using it which can take 6 to 20 hours depending on the adaptor you’re using. A fast charging cable would have been useful. The main reason I purchased this Power Bank, apart from its capacity and being on SALE, is because it has a 30 day money-back guarantee, an industry leading three year warranty, and lifetime technical support. If after using this Power Bank with my iPad and iPhone and have additional comments I will update my review. In the meantime I would recommend the INIU Power Bank BI-B5 22.5W 20000mAh.

This is an amazing product compared to its competitors whereas basically half price while I bought it and I see it still is this year and it just charges so fast compared to my two other batteries.

Is capacity is fantastic with no issues with connectivity and portability is fine anyone who complains is too heavy needs to go to the gym.
The ports are fine with no issues at all performance and quality is fantastic.

When I bought it it was technically half price to origin of price of 35 pound but I see now it's understand the price of 17 pound and 29 pens this June 2024 and so it's pretty similar to what I bought it last year in 2023 at Christmas time
