UPDATES:After this review is posted, another customer support agent named Sean from the seller contact me.He sent me another 2 replacement really quick, and it was the right model which comes with fast charge.He's willingly to help and solve the issue, and addresses the issue quickly.So, if you got issues with their products, feel free to contact them after sales, and they should be able to address the issue.-------------------I initially bought this product aimed for replace my old powerbank which doesn't have fast charge. I previously bought a 10000mah model for my family which has the fast charge, and this 20000mah model, per the advertisement, comes with fast charge. Call me stupid, I even bought 2 of them.And when the first one arrived, I tested with my phone, it does not do any fast charge. I used the exact same phone and cable tested on the 10000mah model, it has fast charge. I can then conclude that the power bank itself does not have false charge which is false advertising. Same thing happened for the second one, no fast charge.At this point, I thought let me contact the seller. I explained the situation to the seller, like the same phone, the same cable they can do fast charge on the 10000mah one, but not this 20000mah one. And the seller agrees to send me a replacement. And when I received the replacement, that one comes with the fast charge.It buffles me why, until I found, although on the powerbank itself it says model BI-B5, the packaging is not.So the initial 2 I bought are not the same as advertised which is BI-B5, but B5 only.The replacement comes with the full print "BI-B5". See the photo for the details.Then I contact the seller again, mentioning them, I bought 2, and please issue the right product to me for the second replacement. I uploaded the picture to them explaining the packaging difference and the model difference. I thought I am already very clear on the point I am making, but to my surprise, the replacement I got is still the none fast charging one.I contact the seller the third time, like, I explained myself pretty clear, why is this still happening. The seller just said, on the powerbank itself, it says BI-B5. I was like, I told you it's the box, not the powerbank imprint. But the seller starts to ask me same old questions, what phone are you using, what cable, blah, blah, blah. Come on, all the information are just in your message history! At this point, I pretty much lost all my patience, believe or not, this has been back and forth for almost 3 weeks. I am even start to thinking are they doing this on purpose or what? The last reply from the seller is "If the product can't meet your requirement, we would like to issue the full refund to you.". I replied with "Okay. Go ahead please.", and that's it. No refund, no more messages.So buyers beware, you may receive a mixed model, which may or may not come with the fast charge. Also, the seller just issue replacement if you contact them, but not trying to solve the actual problem, and eventually, ignore you. I will also throw away all their products, like so unclear what's happening behind the scene after so many back and forth. Who knows if it gonna cause some battery leak, or worse fire someday?
