I purchased 3 packs. If the first filter works great, but the second/third filter works abnormally, what should I do?

Each filter has 6-month Service Life. We`ll arrange a new filter replacement free of charge.

Why after I installed the filter, my refrigerator is not dispensing water?

1) The water line is turned on. 2) The new filter is fully locked-in place. 3) Water pressure to ensure it meets the filter`s minimum operating pressure requirement. 4) Temperature setting above 32 F. 5) Contact for additional assistance.

I am updating this review to say that while none of the filters worked in my fridge, the customer service was outstanding! About the best I have ever seen.Original review:None of these replacement filters work in my fridge. The water does not flow through them at all. I have replaced my filters dozens of times, this is the first time they have never worked. And Amazon scan code doesn't work. I have emailed support. Hopefully I will get a full refund.
