I bought this phone and it stopped working within 1 year of having the phone ?!?! The whole screen was black wouldn't charge or even turn on. No warranty covering this .... contacted the company and they told me its a motherboard issue. Its better to get a new phone ??? I wished i would have purchased a Iphone instead tbh ... what a waste of my time and money.

Do not buy this phone. It does not work in Canada. According to Huawei in China this phone will not work in Canada. There is not even a Canada listed in the drop down menu. Also the seller has absolutely no customer relation skills. I wish I could give the owner negative stars.

Suggestion not buy from this vendor,their Huawei model is from China version, not for north American.I bought a new one from the vendor but more different than my previous lost p30,even the sim card position,finger ID and photograph level is lower than the north America version.The vendor might play games with the customer,if you return the will charge your 15% and you need pay another Carrie fee by self.

The P30 Pro is the last of the Huawei P series to have Google Services and has a reputation of having a great camera system, battery life and interface. I wanted to upgrade from my P20 Pro and honestly couldn't find a better phone (for me).
New, they are still around £600+ and the second hand ones are around £350-500 go I was attracted by the price from this seller.
Reading the reviews I was worried but noticed that the bad reviews were from older reviews, up to date reviews were good. So I ordered and then saw that I might have to pay import charges!
The phone arrived a day late, I think because it was being prepared prior to final shipment.
It didn't come in an original box, just the phone, charger and cable.
The phone was immaculate, no marks, damage or anything. Described "as new" and it was!
The charger isn't branded Huawei but is a 40w Adaptive Charger with a UK plug. It works fine, faster than my p20 Pro.
My only irritation is that a standard charging cable was included and so couldn't achieve fast Charger rates. I swapped it with a higher capacity cable and it was fine.
So, no Italian branding, no foreign charger, dual sim. No import charges.
Ignore the critical reviews from the past, in November '21, the phone is excellent.

My brother is not a huge apple guy, while the rest of us are. Got this for him since it has a pretty competitive value for being an Android phone. It arrived very fast, sooner than Amazon estimated. Seller was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

In terms of the phone set up, I denied all the Huawei sync options. Seems a little excessive considering Google can back up pretty much everything already. (esp. because of everything on the news lately about the company) This model will still be supported by Android/Playstore too. So if you're hesitant because of that, just go for it. Just future models will be affected by the whole Huawei ban, from what I've read.

The camera is incredible, the blue hue looks really nice and unique, screen is perfection, UI is pleasant, and hardware specs are top notch. Stellar option if you're not tied into the apple ecosystem like I am. Honestly, I was almost swayed to get one for myself. ALMOST.
