I bought this product because I could use and control these bulbs locally in my home. They didn't need to connect to the internet.

Not anymore, Philips changes their terms of service after purchase and forces users to log onto a philips account to even use the product.

This is unacceptable and a dealbreaker. Do not buy Philips products.
