The media could not be loaded.
 Forever the annoying beeping of “connection break” when trying to do anything. I read the manual. I checked the connections with a multimeter. I checked the batteries with another charger. Just this thing keeps erroring. YouTube shows people replacing mosfets, but this charger (80W) doesn’t have underside mosfets. No idea how this claims to be 80W. So, I was LUCKY and got the charge function to work once and only once on balance, with 0.6amps of charging for a small LiPo to test, and the charger got too hot to touch. The battery was cool, and so were the wires, but the charger was so very hot. I just had to take a look inside, and not only are there no underside mosfets, but there is INSULATION between the PCB and blue case. Where is any heat supposed to go? And a resistor looks fried for some reason. Also, the speaker is extremely loud and piercing. Also also, the product description shows images of “Hobby Fans” everywhere in the bottom left, but this says “imax” in the bottom left, prominently. Sending back to Amazon.

Lost the charger for an airsoft gun and couldn’t get another. Bought this instead. Had to rig up my own connections as the included cables didn’t fit. Turned it on and the auto settings worked out perfectly. Charged great.
However, it doesn’t come with all the cables you need. It only comes with several different styles of connector for single output charging from the positive and negative ports. If you want to use the balance charging feature you will have to find your own connectors and I haven’t been able to yet. Would be a five star if it came with a cable for each port on the unit. Balance charging was one of the features I had wanted and the tiny pins on the ports mean I will have to find the exact connector, I can’t make one. Disappointed because you would think they would be included, the cost would be minimal, and then you could use the charger as it’s advertised.

This charger works great, but the provided power supply is only rated for 5A while the charger itself is rated for 6A. If you try to charge at a rate higher than 5A the charger reboots. Looks good and doesn't get hot from what I can tell, even on discharge mode. The menu takes a little getting used to if you're not familiar with this type of charger, but is pretty straightforward. It works great for charging my RC batteries, I just wish that I could get the full 6A. A properly rated power supply would get 5 stars.
