This is a good Sauerkraut - nice balance between humidity and texture. A bit uneven cut, which may be a nuisance if you make specific plates with it - but as a plain side, it totally is good
Packaging could have been improved, too - it seems like somewhere in the last leg of the delivery, can was hit with enough force for the lid to lose vacuum. It was not leaking, but did not click on open either - was fresh though, so I think it was literally a last moment damage. But company should really package these jars better
Not bad for sauerkraut. A little on the salty side but honestly I don’t know the difference between all the kinds of sauerkraut that they are some kind of new to the world of pre-and probiotics and sauerkraut but I like it
