This is an excellent monitor that is super easy to set up and use. The video is great quality in colour or black and white and the night vision is super clear as well. The microphone function is good for “shooshhhhing” from afar! This product works well from any room in the house. Excellent purchase.

Stop working after 3 months. Great customer service
The monitor and camera are decent for the price. However the monitor constantly has trouble connecting to the camera. I've tried everything including resetting both devices. This is the second hello baby brand monitor that I have had to replace.I will be buying a different brand now.Customer service however was great. They give me the option of a new unit or a refund.I originally gave this review two stars, but giving it now three stars due to the excellent customer service.

I was very excited to use this based on the reviews only to be dissapointed. Although the camera does the trick in the sense I can see my baby. I think we have gotten a used/broken screen when we paid for a new one. Very disappointing. The screen is pixilated in some areas making it fuzzy. I went to remove what I thought was a screen protector and it was just a little tab. For the price I paid I would not recommend this.
