June18_2024: Protuif responded quickly to my review and offered to support any issues. Regarding my comment that the manual states that replacement filters are not yet available, they responded by setting me a set of spares. The company stands behind their products and are professional and positive.

The charging instructions are to charge the battery completely before using, and then run the vacuum until the battery dies before charging again. This results in around 30 minutes of continuous run time after the first full charge. Still on the 2nd charge now. I bought it specifically for cleaning the carpets and upholstery in my car, and found that I needed to go over the same area several times in order to remove even tiny clumps of dirt and dust. So the vacuum power is somewhat disappointing, even at this price point. The vacuum is easy to clean, but note that the manual states that replacement filters are not available yet. So if the filter tears or fails in any way then you might as well just throw the whole machine away.

I like the looks of this handheld vacuum and the various accessories. I’m not happy with its ability to suction up pet hair from furniture. You have to brush it up before it can be vacuumed up. Other than that it appears to work well. It’s easy to empty and to recharge. I’ll be keeping it.

Not too heavy and too light. Comfortable. I don’t enjoy the colours but the machine itself was really strong, the suction was really good. Easy to empty it. No complications. When emptying the Hoover, just dust off the dust on the filter so that its suction stay strong. When you want to switch it on and off , long press the button. It had a plug socket UNDERNEATH its hoover, you can also nail in its little thing to the wall and place the Hoover onto it ready to stayed charged in the go.

I would definitely recommend it. As above I love this wicked machine !

This is a delightful handheld vacuum. Very attractive and very easy to clean. It's got a wider 'mouth' than most other hand-held vaccuums so it sucks up quite a bit more in less time. Good suction and half hour's continuous use on a full charge. The filter is easy to clean as it fits into a cage of fine mesh that prevents too much dirt getting into the filter pleats.The cage is washable but rarely needs it. A great design.
You can hang the vac. on the wall with the bracket provided, but if you don't want to put it on the wall (and I don't like mine on the wall) you can use the wall bracket as a kind of 'stand' on any flat surface (see photo) which looks much better than just lying it down any old way with just a jack pin in it .
In the manual it says to take the jack pin out of the wall bracket (if you do not want to hang the vac. up). Do NOT try to do this as it is virtually impossible to remove the jack pin from the bracket. I tried (very hard) until I realised it is much better to leave it connected to the bracket anyway, and use the bracket as a sort of 'stand' for the vacuum when placed down on any flat surface.
It doesn't come with a spare filter, which I was disappointed about (as they need washing and air drying after every few uses) but you can buy a pack of four spare filters for £4.99. Personally I think it would be better if they included a spare filter WITH the machine and sold packs of just THREE spare for the same price - i.e. £4.99. I think buyers would be happier with this arrangement and it would involve no extra expense to the seller.
The seller has excellent customer service and they very kindly gifted me a pack of spare filters because they must have realised how I had viewed their 'included in the pack ' photo incorrectly when I emailed them about it
