Stops working after a few weeks.
Printer arrived quickly, worked great for 2 weeks. Then just stopped connecting to my WIFI randomly. I called customer service, we spent 2 hours troubleshooting and nothing worked. Then I had to wait 24hrs for someone else to call me and redo everything we already did. Printer still doesn't work. They then blamed it on my smartphone saying my phone is missing software to be able to print on this printer. I said that was BS because I've been printing on it for 2 weeks with my same phone with zero issues. I reiterated it's a printer issue, not an issue with my phone. They then wanted to transfer me to a more I'm depth troubleshooting department which they said I have to pay additionally for. I said hell no they can just give me my money back and take the printer back. They said no. Now I'm wasting on a supervisor callback. I HIGHLY suggest buying the cheap Canon printers. They are cheaper and I've never had ANY issues with my old Canon. I bought this stupid HP because I thought I was getting an upgrade.
