I just got this printer today but I know I am going to love it, it is easy to set up but I am warning everybody do not put your bank info and for any subscription because I had to cancel my bank card because of that I am on a disability pension and they want over $70 with the tax for it I don't think so I'll, so please be careful if anybody is installing this printer on there mobile device let me warn you you got to download the three HP smartphone apps but after that it will be fine

This is a great printer for a desk top. Doesn't take up too much real-estate - print is ok quality - would I use it for a presentation? nah, probably not. I use it to print out items that I need to review and/or for documentation. It seems a titch flimsy and cheap=== so if you want something super sturdy for big projects - this isn't your huckleberry.

I've been using the printer for several days now and actually like it very much! It's whisper quiet on the printing and the scanning. While it was scanning, I had to check it to see if it was still working because I didn't hear anything! It's THAT quiet! The printed documents and photos came out nicely with vibrant colors. Not bad for a bargain printer. It was very easy to set up my account and HP Smart app. Printer sharing with friends and family was very simple too. The printer came with free 3 months of ink, which is actually their Instant Ink subscription free trial period. The box did come with regular starter HP black and tri-color ink cartridges. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that during the 3 months free trial of the Instant Ink, although I chose a plan that gives me up to 50 pages per month, I am able to print up to 700 pages per month for free during the 3-month trial period. Depending on my usage during the trial period, it will help me decide if the ink subscription plans are right for me or not. If not, then I will just need to replace the HP Instant Ink compatible cartridges with regular HP ink cartridges before the trial period ends and continue using my printer as normal without the subscription. The Instant Ink cartridges will stop working when the subscription plan expires after cancellation. So far, I have enjoyed the printer. The ability to print from anywhere is a great feature! It's not the fastest printer in the world, but it definitely does the job!

The quality of prints is astonishing. The ease of set uptake some reading and a few steps that are simple. The touch screen works flawlessly. The wireless connectivity is a plus. I can print from anywhere. When I get home my prints are waiting for me. The speed of printing is awesome. I printed 18 pages within a matter of a few seconds with no smudging or smearing on paper. The product is portable. I keep mines in one place. The product did not cost much and it performs like a $1000 printer. I have scanning, printing, and faxing. I can create activity sheets. This all in one printer is beyond what my exceptions were. I would recommend. The product comes brand new; fresh out of the box and support is awesome. I will be purchasing two more.

I was hesitant to buy this due to some reviews saying it's a pain to set up. I found it very quick and easy. It does print a little slow in my opinion, but that doesn't bother me. Connected easily to my WiFi and it is also quite light. Perfect printer for anyone who needs a printer for simple jobs and doesn't take up space. It gives you the option to sign up for the free ink, but you don't have to.

This is one of the more affordable printers I came across on my rushed journey to replace my printer before my approaching finals. The set up took a little bit, but was pretty straightforward between the manual provided and the step-by-step given by the HP Smart application.

This printer itself runs a little slow, and doesn’t print double sided automatically (it prints the odds on one side, then you have to reload so it’ll print evens on the other side) which isn’t the most convenient, but also not the most bothersome for personal use. I wouldn’t use this printer for larger jobs based on this fact alone.

I’ve only had it for about 24 hrs but the internet connectivity was easy to set up and hasn’t given me any issues thus far. I’ve not experienced any type of paper jamming issues, and the noise seems pretty on par with your average printer; not too loud but not necessary quiet.

Overall I’m giving it 4 stars because while it’s not the best printer I’ve ever used, I think it more than decent considering it’s a third of the price of other printers on the market!
