Printer broke down. Still under warranty. There is no way to fix the jam… it keeps happening. The “automated troubleshooting tools” on the website are not working. The virtual assistant can’t tell me how to fix it hmmm and I’m still on hold with tech support. I keep getting various error codes but there is no way to activate the alignement “feature”… can’t even print an Info sheet to get more info on troubleshooting.
