When we ordered it we were a bit concerned about the quality of the craftsmanship since it was just a small fraction of the price which the funeral home quoted us but this one was every bit as high quality as the ones they showed us. When we brought it in the funeral director just accepted it with no comment. It was a comfort to believe that Mom would have approved as she liked quality but she was never one to spend a penny more than she had to.

This Hind Handicrafts urn is absolutely beautiful and is exactly as pictured in the pictures. I am so appreciative that it was delivered on the day indicated when it ordered, no delays.
Mr. Nasir (Customer Service Manager) sent a message 3 days before product arrival stating the URN would arrive soon, and if it was damaged or we had concerns about the product we should contact the company and they would make it right. Excellent product, and customer service provided during a heartbreaking time.
