I’ve been searching to find a genuine Turkish baklava that I enjoyed with my Mom when I was younger child. I finally found the company and product I must have been eating as a child!! Absolutely delicious, authentic and perfectly done- their quality can’t be beaten. I see some reviews where customers wrote negatively because the package arrived with some top pieces of the philo dough on top or messy- not a big deal, these are very sensitive desserts and carriers don’t always treat packages with the care that güllüoğlu does in creating and packaging them. They even wrote my name on the order, the package was dated the same day I placed the order, it’s very fresh, and arrived just two days later. They even included an extra treat with their Turkish delight samples which I included a photo of. I’m so glad to have found this company- the taste of their pistachio baklava reminds me of great childhood memories! I will be a repeat customer and hope to get in touch about a bulk order that I can freeze and have throughout the year. Thank you again!!

I've been to Turkey once and tasting their version of baklava ruined all the subsequent baklava that I've tried in the US. On a whim, I searched whether I could order it and found it! This was a TREAT! Yes, it arrives less presentable than if you buy it in Turkey because there's no way to keep the pieces from moving around during its transit, but the way it looks is the least of my concerns. The flavor and texture of this pistachio confection is perfection. The butter flavor is a bit different than cow butter, so presumably it's made with the traditional sheep's butter. The sweetness and moistness levels were exactly as I remember them. I think the cost is very reasonable for something that traveled across the world within a week. The seller even included a free sample of Turkish Delight in 3 flavors. I would definitely recommend these to others and will buy it again!! Thank you for making this available!
