These bands are pretty good quality. I liked the fact that they offer a slightly bigger variety of resistance. The heavier resistance are quite strong, makes for greater challenge when working out. They are a little more slippery than the last set I got from a different company and they also smell a little more rubbery. Need to wash hands after since they leave a rubber odor behind with each use. Not sure if that will get better with time.
Overall they do the job. Recommend for the price. Quick delivery also

The elastic bands seem to be of a relatively good quality. They will definitively not endure too many intensive workouts but should be good for casual "stay in shape" workouts until they dry out and crack.

Them coming with a small mesh pouch to carry or store them is nice, so is the chart displaying nine exercises and how much each band's resistance translates approximately in Lbs.

*I cannot help but be bothered by the fact that, despite being thicker, the "heavy" resistance band offers less resistance than the "medium" resistance band. It throws off any confidence I have regarding the chart's information and the longevity of the product.
