Seems to be OK quality, I got it on sale for $200, so that price point for a battery and 2 tools is great. It is a bit heavy but then it is also very long and gets where you need it. You can't have it all.

I actually want to give it a 4.5 rating. These tools work really well! Very impressed with how long the battery lasts and how quickly it charges. The hedge trimmer works well but might not be strong enough for the bush I intend to use it on, but we will see.

Purchased to grow & maintain tall hedges. Use trimmer mostly. Does a great job with astounding battery life. A bit heavy but a good workout. If using full extension, the shoulder strap is highly recommended.
Turned a cumbersome chore into a fast pleasurable job. After reading reviews between this and a cheaper brand, I am glad to have chosen Greenworks.

I brought out the hedge trimmer, And within seconds it jammed. It would not work, made a humming noise then doesn’t move. Upon closer inspection I noticed that it had sheared off It’s own metal, not sure how they align or attach the pieces. I tried removing the metal shard, but I’m going to have to return it. Very disappointing, The pole saw and battery seem to work really well, I was very excited about it.

The good:
Chainsaw seems okay. You need to be familiar with setting up a chain bar, and keeping proper chain tension. THAT IS THE SAME FOR EVERY CHAINSAW.

You must always have bar oil in the reservoir. That goes for every chainsaw you use. This one seems to dispense the bar oil too quickly. Not a deal-breaker, but keep a close eye on it. It probably uses a full reservoir per battery charge.

DO NOT BUY THIS FOR THE HEDGE TRIMMER!!

The hedge trimmer is poor quality, poor design, and made with low-grade metal. The blades jam all the time, and you will be lucky to get 5 hours of use before the entire hedge trimmer attachment is worn-out and completely stops working.

You will be better off buying a 30 year old Black and Decker corded hedge trimmer from a garage sale for $5.

The pole is very long, even at its shortest. Easy to use and top heavy buy not horribly. It's also a lot quiter than I expected. Very sharp but struggles with some thicker branches, the chainsaw takes care of those no problem.
