The only room for improvement would be to include channels or loops to help clean up the cable routing. An ON/OFF switch for the backlighting would also be beneficial. I would not recommend this mount if you need to move the TV constantly (conference rooms, offices, etc.) but for changing the viewing occasionally this will work very well.
