Installation Instructions

How to Install

Unscrew the nut1, place it on the ball of the phone mount clip.
Insert the ball into the back of the adjustable clamp head until you hear a "Click".
Tighten the nut1. The tighter the nut, the harder it is to rotate the clamp head.
Loosen the nut2 at the end of the phone mount clip and make the hook stretch out to the right length. (If not sure, you can adjust the hook to the max length).
Make the clip hook downward, then press the button to make the vent clip open and clamp the air vent blade.
Make sure the vent clip clamps the air vent blade, then tighten the nut2 at the end of the clip so that the hook will catch the vent blade tightly. Installation complete!

This car phone mount fits all phones from 4” to 7” and thick phone cases(such as Otterbox, battery cases).

I had to get this for my larger cell phone case to fit into. The others are too small and this opens nice and smooth with a touch of a button on the back, very convenient. It's very easy to install, works on the vent of my 2017 Dodge ram with NO issues and it's easy to see and if needed, the access is great to power up and turn on with "finger print security" on the back. There is enough room to fit your finger back there without removing it like the others I had. I like the double secure vent holder it has, for more safety and less falling off. It does shake a bit but so will everything going down our wonderful roads after a Winter thaw. I have only used it a few times so far and it is great and it's out of the way and NOT in my hands. Great for GPS driving when you need to know your route.
I recommend it, it's very well made, great price and I would order again for a friend. Check the size requirements before you order and measure twice. You won't be sorry you purchased this vehicle cell phone holder.

Since my car does not have a navigation system I bought this phone holder so I could use my google maps as a GPS. It works well, was simple to snap together and is holding tightly in the vent. For $20 I feel it is good value. Because it shakes a bit when driving I am only giving it 4 stars. The large bolt on the back can be tightened more to keep the phone more stable, but over time the movement does jar it a bit. Not a big deal to me. I am pleased with it.

I previously had a vent attach style that clipped into the vent rails and ended up breaking a rail. These types need to be used gently so if you are rough with it something will give. This type however fits perfectly and the mechanism to hold the phone makes it easy to put phone in and out of. The only complaint is the ball/socket assembly is as tight as I dare make it and the phone might loosen up over time. If it does I will simply put a small piece of masking tape over ball to build up the diameter slightly so it grabs better.

Yes the phone vibrates a bit over rough terrain but not annoying by any means. As well your phone may block viewing the bottom right corner of your MMI screen however also not a deal breaker. Anyone who owns an Audi knows space for accessories is not great so this is the best Ive found.
