How to Install

How to Install

  1. Unscrew the Nut1 and place it on the connect ball.
  2. Insert the connect ball into the socket on the back of the phone clamp until you heat a "Click", then tighten the Nut1 clockwise.
  3. Place the phone mount base into the car cup holder
  4. Twist the knob to adjust the diameter of the base to fit the cup holder.
  5. Adjust the Nut2 and Nut3 to get the best viewing position and angle.
  6. Clamp your phone to use the car phone holder

I waited a few weeks after buying the Miracase in order to use it, and report back. It's perfect, and exactly what I wanted. I have an Audi A5 Sportback, with a dashboard that's curved and doesn't have room for a phone mount. This cup holder mount works well. It was easy to assemble, mount, and adjust. I'm also glad I took the time to read some of the reviews of other products, and bought one with a stiff neck rather than a flexible neck. The former doesn't bounce around while driving. I was also blown away to get a message from the Vendor a couple of days after delivery to ensure I got the right product, check how I liked it, and provide contact details for any questions or returns. First time ever receiving this type of proactive, customer service reachout from a Vendor. All in all, it's a high quality product with superb customer service. I wish all Amazon vendors would take a page from their book!

Sturdy and fits in the cup holder closest to the dashboard in my Ford Escape 2018. My primary use is for Google maps . I can glance at it easily to check directions. I have went through so many phone holders. They usually won’t last the summer heat and the stick method they use melts off my center console or dash board. So far this is the best phone holder I’ve used designed for mounting in a cup holder. Very little movement/shaking while traveling and my phone plus otter is case isn’t light. Easy to position the phone at almost any angle. Plastic arms are sturdy so I expect to get longer life out of this one than some of the poorly designed models I’ve bought in the past. Base locks securely into place in the cup holder. Some people have commented the button to release the phone is awkward but so far it has been very fast and easy for me. Used this for a couple of months now in my company car and very pleased. Would really like to see a version made out of machined and anodized aluminum. I’d buy that in a heartbeat!
