I have purchased the same type of case from other providers and have never had the metal clasp snap off. I have had it less than 2 months and I’m mot sure if I got a dud but not the best case I have ordered yet. I have no way to contact the seller other than leave a feedback. I hope to hear from them on this and help provide a solution.

This is why I wait a few months before reviewing a product, rather than when I get a request to rate 2 days after I get it.

Honestly, I was excited to get this case. But considering the cost, I’m not sure why I expected something long-lasting. Besides the fact that the kickstand was difficult to pull out, after 3 months of use, its hinge came apart.

The kickstand’s anchor to the phone and hinge are one continuous piece of plastic, so it wouldn’t take long for it to break off after multiple bending.

Anyway, the case itself is quite pleasant to hold and still has a magnetic back that sticks well for elevated viewing. Otherwise, now it’s just a regular case.

I love this case. It has a sleek look, and the matte finish is attractive. It allows for a good grip, and the shockproof protection was tested (and it worked 😁). I bought it specifically for the stand and the fact that it was advertised as being compatible with wireless charging. It was charging when I placed it on my wireless charger, but after about 30 minutes, I noticed that the back of the phone got very hot. I took it off the charger because I wasn't sure if it would get hotter and damage my phone. I'm disappointed about this, but I will just plug it in to charge as I can't be bothered to remove the case every time I want to charge it.
