Stopped Working
This product was a perfect gift that I purchased for my daughter. She really enjoyed it & now is missing it! It was working perfectly for quite a few months & then a black dot appeared. I still convinced her that it was usable with the black dots for a few months after that until one day the full screen when black. I have tried to contact the seller but at the time the window was closed for replacements. in have been frustrated with this process. I have never had any issues like this with items purchase from Amazon. Now it has stop working and my daughter is in need of a new one.Would like like customer support!!!

I love this watch step counter , I never had any problems with it and the more you wear the better it gets. I found that when you use the timer on your walks and runs it is a motivator to push that much more to round the number to the nearest km. I wish though I could see the time it was when the timer on . I love this tracker and you never have to recharge the battery it is like a regular watch change the battery once a year maybe. I have worn this watch since I got it in May 2016 and have never taken it off yet just to see how long it lasts so it's been in pools, showers, baths, sweat , high sun temp and the band and tracker are still perfect . The next one though I will get will have the heart rate monitor that is the only thing missing . The sync program is fun and you can see how long you have slept and steps etc . This watch is one you have to get !!
